FanTranslator ("we", "our", or "the Service") is a Fanvue App Store application that automatically translates chat messages between creators and fans, preserving tone and style.

2. Payments

FanTranslator does not process payments or sell content. All Fanvue payments (subscriptions, tips, pay-to-view) continue to be handled exclusively by Fanvue.

3. Translation Accuracy

Translations are generated automatically by an AI model and may occasionally be inaccurate or lose nuance. You are responsible for reviewing translated messages before relying on them, especially for sensitive or high-value conversations.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FanTranslator for any unlawful purpose, to harass other users, or to violate Fanvue's terms of service.

5. Data & Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your data at any time from your account settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

FanTranslator is provided "as is". We are not liable for any interruptions to the service, mistranslations, or factors beyond our reasonable control.
