FanTranslator is an independent application listed on the Fanvue App Store. It is not owned, operated, or endorsed by Fanvue. "Fanvue" is a trademark of its respective owner, referenced here only to describe compatibility.

2. AI-Generated Translations

Translations are generated automatically by a language model, without human review before delivery. They may be inaccurate, miss context, mistranslate slang, pricing, consent, or intent, or occasionally omit or alter meaning. Do not rely on a translation for anything where a mistake could cause financial, legal, or personal harm — when in doubt, verify with the original text.

3. No Liability for Message Content

FanTranslator does not create, review, moderate, or endorse the content of any message it translates. Creators remain solely responsible for complying with Fanvue's own content and conduct policies, and for the content of what they send and receive.

Nothing in the app, including usage statistics, plan recommendations, or translated content, constitutes financial, legal, tax, or professional advice.

5. Service Availability

The service depends on Fanvue's API and a third-party language model, both outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and are not liable for lost messages, delayed translations, or downtime caused by those dependencies.
